If you have strong trusting relationships, feel satisfied in your work environment and the community supports you, you will be able to meet any challenge. The social layer is powerful but needs attention and care; this is the mission of the Umbrella Team.

Our mission and mindset

There are mainly three groups within the Umbrella Team:

1. Mediators (Gravity DAO [until our own mediator team is formed]),
2. Cross-cultural working group,
3. Organizational policy group.

Mediators (Gravity DAO)

The mediation and mediation education services are provided by our partners at Gravity DAO (a spinoff of TEC DAO).

Mediation is a well-defined and very sensitive process. In fact, the parties involved have often suffered a difficult situation and need a space to express themselves and be accompanied to process their experience.

Gravity's help will be needed until we have our own team of mediators/facilitators Gravity ensure 3 key points within Aragon DAO:

1. Management and mediation of conflicts → cases are managed externally of Aragon DAO and anonimously.

1. Introductory courses on non-violent communication techniques and other approaches to conflict resolution and emotion management:
