Context

💪 The social layer is the most powerful DAO coordination layer. ☀️ Healthy communities with strong trust relationships are resilient and can withstand all kinds of bad weather. ⛈️ However, if this social layer is damaged and people are not trusting each other or are unhappy in their working environment, coordination & collaboration is hindered. ☔️ The umbrella team is building a hub to improve communication, error, conflict, and working culture in the Aragon Network (Team, Ambassadors, Community).
