Deliverables:

• Moderated AN DAO Telegram, Reddit and Twitter channels and promoted the Aragon Association Twitter channel
• Increased media channel followers by:
  • AragonDAO Twitter 497 (1st June) to 574 (30th June)
  • AragonProject Twitter 103,000 (1st June) to 103,326 (30th June)
  • Reddit 3,677 (1st June) to 3,711 (30th June), though we are averaging 800 page views per week
  • Telegram 2,846 (1st June) to 2,699 (30th June), with approximately 300 followers deleted, 153 new followers

Collaborating with the Comms team and first joint newsletter, the Aragon Eagle, will be published tomorrow, 1st July, on substack. Metrics will be available in end of season report

• Developed and promoted 1 survey on behalf of dGov over a 2 week period. Survey and results available here, analysis in process with Fabs Notion – The all-in-one workspace for your notes, tasks, wikis, and databases.
• Promoted events: AN DAO weekly AMA events, community welcome calls, Self-care with Fabs, Gravity Conflict workshops and open spaces
• Currently running our first Twitter Thread contest, with plans to run 2 further contests in July using Layer3

• Coordinated with AN DAO Ops guild, onboarding, finance and dtech
• Coordinating with Association Comms team 2 times a week, helping develop processes and procedures in preparation of Comms joining AN DAO
• Contributor change: N8#1653, left without notice on the 20th June. Bounty to help moderate Reddit for the remainder of the season was posted to DeWork and offered to Chidi#5925
