The Creator Journey

Our journey is designed to get you to know how we look at individuals who would like to connect with us, understand how we work, how we create value for Aragon, and finally what our needs are.

First Step

Even in our short existence we have already had a few people connect with us wishing to contribute and create. In order to make this process smoother we would suggest that you consider some ‘use cases’. This will help you to communicate with us what your needs are and for us to optimise the experience of connecting with each other.

We suggest that you think of which of the following categories you could best fit into:

</aside>

Data, analytics, insight generation, qualitative and quantitative insights, dashboards, coding, data engineering, data bases, AI, report writing and more. these are some of the areas we are exploring and working on right now.

How all of this works on Web3 is also new.

If these are areas that interest you and you want to learn more, build experience, a CV, extend your skills — we are happy to collaborate.

Do not expect immediate or significant remuneration. You would pay for courses, for University and other education. Here you can learn without paying a fee, but it may not be realistic to expect to be paid to learn.

</aside>

Some people will already have built their experience and have specific areas that they believe they can offer value and contributions.

This should include a portfolio or CV and some examples of your previous work.

We are always open to connect.

Your experience and skills may or may not exist within our team. We are not explicitly looking for duplicating of resources — when we feel we need more contributors we will advertise it.

It is important for us to align expectations.

</aside>

Some people have built very specific, valuable and interesting skills. Your skills may or may not be needed in Aragon’s Data and Insights Squad — building this insight will be fundamental for creating a working relationship.

At this level you should have lots of examples of your work, understand well how organisations can benefit from the contribution and how it can add ultimate value to an organisation’s business objectives.

Once you understand this process, we can jump onto the next step.

Second Step

Now that you have placed yourself in a category you are ready to learn some more about what we are doing and to start communicating with us about your needs.
