2. Offboarding Policy for Guild Stewards

The offboarding procedure for Guild Stewards can be initiated either internally by its Guild or externally by other Stewards.

Guild Stewards should be offered the same opportunities to correct for errors or improve their job performance via a PIP, just the same as contributors.

To initiate a Steward PIP, the team can either:

1. Majority vote to initiate PIP process (team must delegate to another Steward to run the process)
2. Upon a team majority vote, the team can request the HR dept to initiate the PIP/disciplinary process
