Goal: increase retention rate: please correct me if I got it wrong.

Data: from a feedback received from Discord support service, we know that:

• Retention rate has nothing to do with the people actively posting on the server
• Retention rate is calculated only on people joining the server and remaining on the server for > 1 week
• If the server doesn't grow by least 20 new members per week, the retention rate will be shown as N/A

Thus, to retain new members, the following actions could be useful

• Assign icons to newcomers to they are immediately recognisable (icons could also be assigned to every role to immediately understand the type of user we are dealing with)

Of course we’ll assign cooler icons. It might be worth to invest a couple of hundred bucks to get a design from Israel
