More:
- More technical community - devs sharing with each other what they've built around Aragon (e.g. all the forks of Aragon on github). Golden example: Lido devs have built a lot of custom tooling on top of Aragon, and said they'd love to be able to discover new things others are building on Aragon.
- More product users - people from DAOs that use Aragon, sharing their experience, hacks and learnings with each other
- More devs that want to build tooling and integrations on top of Aragon. Once we are a DAO, that's where we'll want to spend DAO funds. Golden example: Sem from Blossom Labs.
- Result Oriented Community
- People Using/ going to use Aragon
- Token Holders
- These would probably go best with the new products, since users and technical community are a bit stagnant from Aragon Client
- *These are things which are pretty hard and ambitious - expecting that we all need to contribute to this from different angles, not only community.
Less:
- exactly what you pointed out about contributors
- More contributors coming in wanting to contribute TO Aragon. We are currently fully staffed. We need more community who are contributing to the Web3 Space as a whole. And the events and opportunities we create should reflect that.
Thought provocation:
- The highest value people are the busiest. The way we communicate/engage community requires a lot of time, which can exclude high value people, and select for lower value people. How can we communicate in a way that lets us maintain/engage 'high quality' people? People who can dedicate 10 mins per week to being in the community. ['High value people' sounds ugly, not a judgement of people as people! And of course, you see in our DAO, there are high quality people who have time and have made time, but they are exceptions]
- What does it mean to be community?
